Rapid setting patch repair

Ultracrete FP-1 by Instarmac is a two component rapid repair mortar. It is formulated as an ideal repair solution for areas such as steps, kerbs, platforms and minor flooring repairs to areas you don't want to cordon off for too long.

It is easy to form into shape, so a chipped step can easily be repaired as can a chipped kerb.

How to Step-by-Step

1. Clean and roughen the area to be patched
2. Prime the surface using the supplied primer
3. Mix the cement and aggregate together. Add a little water if necessary.
4. Place ASAP after mixing, workability is 7 minutes
5. Use a steel float or trowel to finish off
